Can everyone sleep in wool?
With the exception of a few people who suffer an allergy to Lanolin, the majority will enjoy sleeping in woolen bed clothes, irrespective of age or health.
What ailment does wool help with?
Sleeping in wool helps ease the symptoms of ailments such as rheumatic diseases, allergies, blood circulation problems, skin diseases in addition to promoting a good night’s sleep.
Magnetic inserts?
Some bed clothes producers put magnetic inserts, however, we refrain from this practice for two reasons:
- There is no scientific evidence proving any positive influence on the human body
- Products contaning magnets are not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart pacemakers. Persons suffering from varices should also be careful due to the warming effect of a magnetic field.
To coat or not to coat?
We advise you not to coat woolen bedding in order to fully appreciate their properties. The direct contact between wool and your skin provides you with benefits such asmicro-massage and humidity control, thus having a positive impact on your health and comfort. Coating bed clothes will not improve the durability of our woolen products as the lanolin in the fibers are a much more effective protection than any pillow case.
Is it possible to clean woolen bed clothes at dry cleaner?
Cleaning woolen products at a dry cleaner may cause irreversible damage due to the application of improper cleaning products and excessive temperatures. In order to be sure you do not damage the bed clothes, we advise that you wash them using the instructions given on the website.
What is Woolmark?
The mark was introduced in 1964 by the International Wool Secretariat, an organization established by sheep breeders from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. In 1998 the International Wool Secretariat received the name The Woolmark Company, and they are currently the legal owner of the mark. The Woolmark Company promotes wool in the world by initiating research and development.

We distribute our bed clothes through direct sale and the best way to buy them is attending one of the presentations we organize throughout the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. These presentations provide you with the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the properties of the wool used as well as enabling you to consult other clients already using our products. Samples are on display at presentations and you are welcome to make direct contact with the products and ensure you choose the bedding most suitable for your needs.
